Techniques will be taught, secrets of how to make jams & jellies will be shared and everyone will go home with a jar of yummy goods!  We will be making  a Christmas Jam (cranberry, orange , pear) with pears from our orchard; concord grape jelly, apple jelly (with apples from our orchard), and strawberry jam.
